The Association of Expatriates of Drymou was established on November 1st, 1986 and is administered by an Administrative Committee of seven consisting of the president, vice-president, secretary, cashier and three members.
The Association’s vision is to beautify the entire village, while the objectives of its establishment are the following:
To strengthen the bonds between the expatriates and residents of the village.
To preserve the Community’s cultural heritage and folkways.
The Association of Expatriates, in cooperation with the Community Council, organises the Annual Expatriates and Residents’ Festival which takes place on August 16th. Additionally, the Association holds a Christmas event every year on Christmas day, while sometimes an Easter event is also held.
